If you are religious and God told you there is no After life, No Heaven!! Be honest, how many of you would still go to church and continue praising God? You mean if God, himself, showed his being to me? And communicated with/to me?  You can rest assured that I would be far more religious and full of praise than I currently am, regardless of whether he indicated there is an afterlife or not. If God showed his being to you.. were would that leave Faith? Would that eliminate Faith? |

Church?? What is this thing church u speak of????  Nah, it's that thing on the other side of town where they meet for suppers on wednesday evenins I think Is it that place where you have to bring a dollar? or else you feel guilty and embarrased? I think there is free alcohol there too!  That's only at the catholic places an I think they call it communion Is church that place where when you are young you get to sit on the priest's lap and let him hug you and touch you in different places of your body? I think its called the confession room?

Assuming that there is no big secret to like, that there is no purpose but to live, then what is the point of it all? Why must we continue to live? Why must anything continue to live? Because there is life, must there be a purpose? Must there be a big cosmic reason for our existence? Help me out here, I'm having kind of a mid-mid life crisis. the purpose is its a learning point from what we have or had learned from our pastlife to this, so it continues and repeats over and over again What makes you so certain that everything repeats? it is true that history repeats itself but there is no guarantee that things will repeat again. example just because humans die in the past does not necessarily mean we are mortal. |
