well i saw something awhile ago use fresh banana peels(the inside)
as a cleanser.only use peel once leave on for 10 min or more.you might want to eat the inside too. lol. then use 50% witch hazel 50% hydrogen peroxide.before bed and to clean face a couple times a day.try to eat healthy more water less fatty foods.and change your pillowcase alot.you can also remove oil by placing a small mirror or piece of glass in the freezer.take out place on skin for around 5 sec.it should make the oil solidify.then remove repeat,when glass is oily wash with soap freeze repeat. if this dont work ask a doc.

i had a problem finding peanut butter that is decent without palm oil in it since that is a saturated fat. I am currently using Smart balance peanut butter and I eat it in a spoon so no carbs.

i dont think smart balance peanut butter is healthy at all. i bought there smart balance butter and it burned my mouth like gasoline.i think it was loaded with MSG or other type of chemical.

what kind of stevia were you using?i was using sun crystals 50/50 stevia cane sugar.most have more maltodextrin than stevia.

sorry to hear that.i have type 2 diabetes now.i cant find healthy affordable food anywhere.i went back to regular pop from diet.but now i only drink 1 2 l bottle a week watered down by half.also the stores forced me back to sugar after i cannot buy the stevia i want anymore.but its not cane sugar its gmo beet sugar now.most people read 100% sugar and think there using the same stuff they were a couple years ago.but its not.alot of products contain artificial sugar thats really bad for you.
and everything contains transfats.i dont know where you shop to get food thats free of these things or any products.i find msg in everything except candy.theres so much in some products that i can barely eat them.
