Take a walk. Keep busy. Do things to break up the routine like throw a ball against a building (keep away from windows lol). Roll coins, darn socks, get your hair cut. Go to a 12 step meeting.
Take especially good care of you. Long showers, long baths, candles. Create the environment you want for you to be spiritual in. Just some suggestions. Peace. |
