Don`t bother chatting ... Women love to be stared at by silent people with crooked eyes. Always laugh after every inuendo, so she knows you have a sense of humor.. & prove how smart you are by showing up at their home .. most people have the same user name on facebook & hotmail, yahoo, or Gmail.. Read all their blogs, study pictures, etc. Before you know it you should be able to find your love before she knows who you are. Buy several newspapers to cut & paste words for annonymous love letters once you find their address ... send many of these & send em often .. a woman likes to feel special ..

i've tried most those suggestions guess om just looking in the wrong places well thanks all Where's Lily or Lilith when you need them?!  You've only been on this site a few days. Give it a chance. You might consider putting more positive information on you profile. Talk about your interests and get a picture of you smiling. There are no right places. It's all left up to chance. But you can improve your chances by changing your attitude. Good luck to you!

No, it doesn't work, at least not on me. It doesn't show that you've actually read someone's profile or have any interest beyond the fact that she's, you know, female. I never respond to "Hi, how's it going?", "Let me know if you want to chat", or other versions of the "I'd like to talk with you" messages I get. They don't say anything. If someone's going to message me, it would be nice if they 1) showed some evidence of having read my profile, and 2) made some sort of attempt to start an actual conversation with some actual substance. The best messages are those that reference someone's profile, and ask a question or two. This can be about something in the profile, or just a general question, but it gives your target mingler something to respond to. Good luck! LOL... I have done what you have mentioned. It doesn’t work. Even with mutual match. Sadly, I have to concur. I figured it out a long time ago that writing to anyone first is futile -- and I'm a published author, so it's not like I can't put together a coherent, amusing e-mail....I mean, people write to me on here all the time, now that I've been here forever and have 11,000 posts. But for me to send a first message to anyone here, I might as well be writing to a pangolin in a shoestore in Uzbekistan.... |

Really? I respond to wel thought-out initial messages, though I've gotten, um. . . none that I can think of on this site, actually. I've gotten some good ones on other dating sites, and send out the first message if I see someone I'm interested in getting to know. But it takes a well thought-out message attached to a well thought-out profile to get enough of my attention to merit a response.
