So I was wondering, what part of a woman's or man's profile do you pay attention to? What would cause you to look at a picture-less profile? Do you read the entire thing or skim it? Can you answer totally truthfully???

I DO read the profile...do a quick look at the marital status and to see if they are a non-smoker. Distance is a consideration - but only a consideration if we are hitting it off. The world is a very small place these days :) Photos are down the list on my "must have" priorities because we can share those after the introductions.

Can you answer totally truthfully??? all of it...spelling & grammar included heading, screen name, quirkyness on the forums entire thing...twice yes ma'am

The first thing I notice is the pic. I pay attention to the main idea of their essay. If they ramble on about thier ex, or what they aren't looking for I move on... Some of them are really lengthy.... Those profiles I skim.

i like to see exactly how many hundreds of miles away they might be.....and their age......marital status....some i read if they are not too long ....

No problem girl. For me.... No picture= something is truly screwed up or they are taken. Thier actual writing= denotes intelligence or lack there of. If they do actually post a pic of themselves (Kind of rare around here)...I look at wrists and or ankles...bone structure says alot about a person. I am a freak and can't help it....but, I ain't wrong. Personally, I focus on intellect and sense of humor. For me, that is what floats my boat.

Have to admit: pic first. That's really all one has to go one at first. After that, interests. If they're lazy . . . out the door. I can't do . . . nothing. After that, values perceived after reading. No. 2 can overcome No. 1; No. 3 can overcome No. 2. Simple.

And about a pictureless profile....if I liked what they had to say, I will check them out. and yes....truthfully answered.

when i look at a profile, i look at a few things. grammar is a biggie. would you wanna talk with someone and not know what they're saying? desciption, another must. thats why they're there, so people can try and get an idea of how you are.

I pay almost no interest whatsoever, i only care about getting to know anyone through their posts, and then by mail if we get talking because of the threads. What is said in the actual profiles is not really all that important to me, and i dont care what people look like or if they have a picture up. The thing i care about most is that the person is real.

i try to get a general opinion on to what that person would be like... if its a sexy hot fun looking profile....i would keep going back and looking at it

honestly, the first thing i look at if they want kids because i think kids are great but i never ever ever ever want my own so if they want kids or have kids, chances are im not going to give you a second glance.
