Ok if leaving isn't an option that makes this a life long partner which must mean that there is love real love involved somewhere.

There are other ways to satisfy your sexual needs than just sex, you and your partner need to explore these options together as a couple.

If it is a "partner" I'd say yes.

If I am in love with this person, I'd say no.

Partner being it's not a serious relationship, someone I love being a lot more serious.
