I would say it was a Democrat bill, since not one single repub voted for it. If Obama signs it, then it is his because he is the leader of the dems. If it don't work like it is claimed to be going to, then the dems better hope that Obama does like Mugabe does in Zimbabwe, or they'll all be sucking hind tit in two years. Only diff between Obama and Mugabe is location, anyhow
