It depends on what they did to me. I try to not hold grudges as I have more important and better things in my life to keep in my current memory. But just because I don't like to focus on what someone did to me, does not mean I comepletly forgot about it and will speak to them again.

Holding a grudge is like taking a slow acting poison, it just eats at you, not them.

Neither. It's a wasted effort. Why spend time thinking about or acting against someone that is obviously not worth it.

Life is too short.

Over the years I have learned to be at peace with myself and others. Sure I may get a little angry about things. But I do not hold a grudge or get even. You have to let it go..... move forward not live with it.

Neither. I have found through reflection that when I am "done" with you, or in otherwords, I have lost respect for you, I will not look you in the face. That tends to be the beginning of the drifting process. We eventually "drift" away from one another because if I am angry enough to hold a grudge or get even with you, I pretty much will not spend time with you anymore.

It doesn't pay to hold a grudge. Most of the time the person doesn't even know about it...

It could give you an ulcer....

sick sick sick

It takes too much energy to hold a grudge. Just let it go.
