Also why is it that many "educated people" think all Asians either know karate or are better educated than everyone else?

This are just a couple of my personal gripes about how "perceptive" many people evidently come off as.

Why is it that any person by gratis of Naturalization or Birth has to look back on past culture and not see themselves as Americans irrespective of our differences.

Personally I think the whole idea of "Afro American" sets the ideals of equality back past the 1960's when Black Americans tried to be recognized as "AMERICANS." I have friends in my past who were Puerto Rican and Cuban who are just as black as any black man in America but they are proud Puerto Ricans and Cubanos! I even knew a Columbian guy who was black as the ace of spades but he was just a Columbian according to him.

Isn't it good enough any more to just be an American?

yanno, i beg to differ, cause outside of orlando, opposite of parrimore st., there's a black guy that does the best barbeque on the planet, ribs, chicken, potatoes(yes, potatoes), some beef, and turkey when it suits him, but everybody will go to him way faster than they'll go to a fried chicken place, so......doesn't make it to what's available, to what we actually eat? i like white tuna sushi, and i'd eat nothing but sushi and salads for dinner, if i could...........but, i'm not japanese......
