Ok, so I was supposed to meet this friend of mine for lunch today. We were texting back and forth last night, but he didn't bring up the subject.

This morning he texts me and goes "Wake up!" so I'm like "I've been up...I just got out of the shower." He replies "Nice. I need one of those today". I'm thinking he's being sarcastic, but my Mommy always told me to cover all my bases. So I asked "When was the last time you had one?". About half an hour later get another text and he goes "Had what?".

I send him a message "A shower. What do you think I was talking about?". And he replies "Monday". If memory serves me right, today is Tuesday, and at that point I'm swallowing the little bit of vomit that accidentally came up when I gasped. I'm like "OMG that is disgusting". He texts back "No it's not...so are we still on for today?"

I told him I didn't know if he still wanted to have lunch so I made an appointment to get my nails done.

I mean how stoned to you have to be to forget about taking a shower???

Today is Wednesday.
And, unless he's particularly smelly or working in a job that makes him odorous, not all folks need a daily. Some people have skin conditions that daily showers can exacerbate. Maybe that is not his situation at all, and maybe he is smelly and needs one daily, but I hope you don't judge everyone with the "once a day or you are nasty" label.

I remember I had a big meeting and my secretary was waving her arms at me like she was mad at me and I could not shoo her away, so I excused myself and went to see what the problem was. She grabbed my shirt tail which was sticking out of my unzipped fly. Nowadays, you can't find good help like that anymore.

Well I'm a clean freak when it comes to personal hygiene. So yes, I'm sorry to say that "once a day or you are nasty" is my motto. Just my personal opinion and preference. There are plenty of body washes out there that are specifically formulated for people with skin conditions. Plus odor alone is not the issue...skin dander is. Have you ever used one of those bagless vacuums and wondered what all the tiny little white flakes mixed in with the dirt are? Well, they're not dust, that's for sure.
