for me, today marks 2 years since i've been "on base". july 4th holds a special place for me as well. . . . |

Halloween...my oldest son, his father died.

It's my birthday and a few years ago I had a great time on that day with my family. Important because I usually forget my birthday every year. |

May 11th and Feb. 25 the day my two wonderful children came into my life. The saddest day so far July 26th they day my husband passed away.
|

My son and I have the same birthday, so that's is always a good day.

On my mother's birthday one year, I was attacked.
Four days before my 21st birthday, I gave birth to my son. On Valentine's day one year, some bozo decided to switch lanes and hit my new truck and tried to blame ME! Of course his own friend admitted the truth. |

My grandma died on xmas day......then they revived her and then she died again on New years eve.....then they revived her and then she died on July 2 the last time!!!

 my Dad was born on 8/16/41...Elvis Presley died on 8/16/77 My sister was born 12/8/68...John Lennon died on 12/8/80 four very special people who shaped my life in very different ways be seeing you

i was born on my fathers 20th birthday, he was a POW at the time and did not know he even had a daughter until he was freed and came home. i then married a guy when i was 18 who had the same birthday, my ex passed aaway about 3 yrs ago and my dad.... well i done even know where to begin with that one.

Not good memories and it can make these days kind of difficult if I reflect too much on what events that took place on these particular calendar days in the past.
1. My birthday - my sister was murdered  2. Christmas - my daughter sexually assaulted by sister's boy that I adopted after she was killed Life can be full of pain and disappointments. I am looking forward to more positive memories and am striving to make that happen.  |

My Son's were born April 6,/Jan 1./July 31/March 30 and June 22.My Pride and Joy. My Saddest day,My Mom passed away June 27,1974

Feb. 7, 2001 my best friend, my dog, died from an accidental household posioning. Valentine's day is always hard because of it.

Ah, Drew, you've done nothing to regret. We all have happy and sad memories, and sometimes it's just cathartic to remember them here with others. Honestly, we are going to remember these days with or without you. And sometimes we think we may be the only ones who experience these events. Knowing we aren't alone is somewhat a comfort, altho I empathize with everyone here. |
