Do you work out regularly? How often? If you don't, why not?

I don't, I should. I used to go to the Y at least 3 times a week. I'll make it back :smile:

I try to squeeze in a 100 crunches a day, at the least, on a good day I do a Gotch Bible

My work is often of a physical nature and it keeps me in shape. I swim and play golf regularly.

I do not work out because of the key word "work." If it was play out perhaps I'd do it.

I work out everyday, ok this past weekend was the exception. :tongue:

I do, I don't, I do. A bit of a yoyo but I am consistently always between 108-120 (depending on life, what foods I want to eat, how bad or good I wanna be). Always active with something!!

When I do work out it's pretty much 6 days straight 1 day rest.

I don't "work out". I do however work full time and am a single mom to two kids. I get plenty of exercise. :tongue:

Don't really "workout", but I do excercise like calenstetics about three times a week or so.

Hmm, run 3-6 miles 6 days a week. Jiu Jitsu 2 hours a day 5 days a week Muay Thai 2 hours a day5 days a week.

i use DDR.

its a fat nerds dream come true. :) i just started so lets hope it works as i already know its kickin my ass.

i also walk. at some point.. i'll walkjog. and then.. RUN! woohoo

Wow, it sounds like we got it all planned out... Hey, anything to have less taxes and more happiness...

Although I can be a drill sergeant if need be I can think of much better ways to get are heart rates up then kicking your ass...smile2
