Originally I posted these as a reply to a thread and I just really wanted to get some opinions on what some "poetry creative writing" minds thought about it.
It is candle wax. My version of art. What do you all think?      What do you see? Wish I had better pictures but my camera sucks and so does the lighting. |

I see originality and creativity, not to mention great choice of colors. I see a masterpiece.

I started the whole candle wax thing about 3 months ago and it has turned into that -- at first I'd just burn them and see what happened...make kind of "abstract" art...then it turned into making kind of landscapes....then I realized I could control the wax and there you have it...pretty cool huh... I see the big bang in bubble motion
 or maybe the sun exploiting various colors in the universe. It is very cool what you are doing. I think if you keep it up you can make interesting pictures out of this

Can I make a suggestion.
Use scented candles my friend. You have amazing texture, amazing visual, why not throw a barrage of scents in there too. If you combine it correctly. You have visual, touch and nasal senses covered, would be epic. |
