If you are looking for something to distract you now then I'd say yard work or some other busy type work.
If it is a more long-term solution you seek try getting involved in volunteer organizations or some project you can focus your energy into. |

music helps sometimes Music definately helps. I too have done the same thing recently. It is all steps in the healing process. A joint probably wouldn't hurt.
