 My girlfriend thinks it's okay to let guys flirt with her,buy her drinks,and dance all up on her,and I have nothing to worry about because she's not going to do anything with them and she's coming home with me at the end of the night. I disagree  Is this a control or respect issue?

I want to say a respect issue. Obviously the girlfriend has no respect for her boyfriend to let other guys hit her up. And if the boyfriend disagrees, then he needs to have a little chat with the "miss".
