Robbery suspect Harry Brown wasn't happy with his public defender. Last Thursday, he wanted Judge Stephen Belden to hear all about it. He refused to keep quiet long enough for his preliminary hearing to take place. After a while, the judge had had enough. He gave the defendant a warning: pipe down or face the duct tape. Brown didn't take him seriously. In thirteen years, this is the first time Judge Belden has resorted to duct tape.
