Damn joints are causing me grief.

What are the best alternative/herbal ways of relieving the pain?

Supposedly a fish oil supplement is good for your joints. try researching that.

...and no, I'm not joking for a change.

You are right, i have been recommended Cod Liver Oil before.

I had a friend who used an extra virgin olive oil, would massage it in...

swore it worked. Personally I don't know.

They make fish oil pills that are rather easy to take. Its pretty much a gell cap and some of them they weill add a lemon flavor or something else so it goes down easy.

Ive tken it before...its not bad.

It doesnt SOUND like that would work to me, does massaging it in really get through to the joints?

Sounds interesting, will look into that.

Im only really asking for alterative methods as i will let the quacks decide on the proper meds that i will need to take.

My dad has Gout. It is similar in a way to my arthritis as my problems are mainly in the feet and hands. But the difference is mine will keep getting worse with no treatment.

I HATE fish! So a lemon flavour would be helpful.
