I will confess my "ex-man" had his own personal voice prompt on my old phone.......Open up the phone and say "a$$hole" and it dialed him. Imagine that. To this day when he calls me he gets to listen to 10 seconds of "Here's a quarter, call someone who cares" (his own personal ring-back tone). I really should change that, soooooo immature...laugh.

immature? haha, can you teach ME how to program MY phone just like that?

Would a woman want to be called "My Woman" by her bf?

actually i would; i love how it sounds. love i don't use the term 'my man' but i do often say 'my guy'.

Guys, how do you feel when the woman you are dating refers to you as

'My Man'??????

It makes me feel like King of the World.

It's not what her words say that counts (words can say so much but also mean nothing), it's how she looks at me and how her heart calls me that is important to me.

Her actions match her words.

These women here making fun of this whole thing will remain single, because they won't realize the importance of if they wanna be treated as a queen, they also must treat "their man" as a king, not a disposable napkin.

I find it hard to believe some of us are single because of not calling someone "my man."

No, not specifically those words, but just the fact that someone would vehemently oppose ever calling her boyfriend anything like that , tells all about a person, who is afraid to go to such a level of trust and connection.

Let that be "My Man" or "My Lady", "my treasure" , "my love".

I think it's hilarious that you actually equate what someone calls you to mean they love you....I can call my bf "my heart" "my treasure" and "big daddy" and still be cheating on him with his bff while he's at work.laugh laugh But whatever works for you, yo.smokin

I'm thinking it doesn't matter what we do or don't do when we have a partner.. What matters is what we are ok with and what our partner is ok with and how we work that out... I think you men that like to be called something special are very special... flowerforyou

It seems to me that some are focusing too much on what someone is calling them, rather than how the person really feels. One person calling her boyfriend "my man" doesn't necessarily mean she loves him more than another person calling her boyfriend by his name.
