there is no such thing as good or bad....just experiences...what we do with those experiences is up to us...many times we turn them to negatives when instead we should use ...them in your case for instance
you could use what you learned in that relationship to know what red flags to look for in the next....
if you cant trust and give of yourself you'll never have a meaningful relationship......
