A multiple question: why games, why the borrowing?
Best answer has been and still is: because they can, same reason anybody does anything more than once. It works for them. I have a policy: I never loan money to ANYONE unless I can afford to never see it again. At my income level, that means no significant loans. And NEVER get money mixed up with someone I'm dating, or emotionally involved with: it's too much like "conflict of interest" stuff, that. IF someone owes you money, or you owe them, it can make you decide to keep them around when you shouldn't. I do have ONE alternate consideration: I've seen SOME people borrow money as a test of appreciation. I've known guys for whom it was a way to establish their 'control' over a woman. I would recommend you loan NOTHING to any guy you are dating, no matter what, but if you see OTHER signs of game-playing, then bar the door to them. |

why do some men like playing games in a relationship, and why do men feel they have to borrow your money, when you are a single mum... pls i really would like some feedback on this.  How come you think it's only the men who are gamers 'n playahs? I've run into quite a few babe-ettes who seem to specialise in bein' playahs. Personally, I don't care. It's just online games, not real-life. When 'games' happen in real-life, it's time for Homey to hit the bricks and just walk away - life's too short for that. Y' get what you put up with. I don't put up with a lot before I walk. Now on the topic of money, do you GIVE 'em money when they ask? If you do, wussup wit' dat? Do these 'men' have JOBS? I don't know about you, but Homey ain't ANYbody's bank. Anyone looking for me to bankroll them in the style to which they'd like to be accustomed can beat feet, 'cuz there ain't no money bein' transferred from my pocket to their hands ... that's as straight-up as it gets. They want money? There's this little thing called 'WORK' ... I suggest they get it there, 'cuz I'm keepin' mine. |

i did not say all men .. i said women can play games too, it does work both ways and i did not just label men as game players.

1. one friend, wouldn't dare ever borrowing money from a lady friend, let alone have her ever pay for dinner 2. another friend, has no scruples borrowing or having female pay ..for lunch/dinner/movies ect.. its just that dude, not good/bad/indifferent, just his nature roko |

yeah..ive dated girls that like to buy me things...at first i was kinda taken back by it...but then i started to like it...but before that, i always paid for everything...it really depends on the guy and the girl
