I've been in a relationship with my girlfriend for over six months now but my best friend's ex girlfriend has been starting to talk to me. They've been split up for over a year so they have no feelings for each other whatsoever.. But we've started out just talking all friendly. But then weird things would happen. I would text her something and she would just happen to send me the same exact thing at the same exact time... On multiple occasions. They were just little things that were just weird coincidences. But then I realized that her and I are EXACTLY alike. And I mean EXACTLY. I would say she is the female duplicate version of me. And after talking for the past couple weeks, I'm really starting to fall hard for her. Like my feelings just keep growing stronger and I seriously don't know what to do. I've NEVER been put in this position before and to be completely honest, it kind of scares me. What should I do???

The first thing you should do is be honest with yourself with how and where things stand with your gf and where it will likely go in the long run. If you're having these thoughts about somebody else in a couple weeks and after being with your gf for only 6 months, maybe you already know the answer to your question.

Just my opinion but being with your best friends ex girlfriend is a line you don't cross. How much do you value your friendship with your best friend? I guess that's up to you.

I wouldn't rock the boat. She seems like a good friend from what you inputted. You can't have too many friends. We don't have to have sex with all our friends. It is good to know there is someone out there like you. Sometimes things can seem too good to be true. It would be a shame if you exchange one for the other and wound up losing both of them. Maybe this a test for you. That scared feeling might be your conscience talking to you only in a very quiet voice.

Exactly. You're too young to have decided who you're going to be with for the rest of your life. But if you're going to start seein the second girl you need to break up with the first.

Just a word of caution: if you break up with her and then later realize you made a mistake you will most likely not get her back. But, like I said, you are young. Play the field. Just be respectful about it.

also agree... if you allowed yourself to be in this situation, then there is something out of place with the current gf Situation. If it was all perfect... you would not have allowed yourself to start to txt her, and get close enough to develop those feelings.
