Is the problem your own perceptions, or the area where you live? Does it warp your own perception because of social pressures? If so, then find a way to move to a better place. If the problem is within you, then find ways to build confidence so you are more willing to take a risk to find what you ultimately want. You always have choices available. |

Wow! Just knowing where you live should make you a celebrity here. Saudi Arabia is a pretty exotic place to most Americans, and the little we know comes from media stereotypes. What's it like to be a beautiful 23 year old female where you live? What would it take to find what you want? Do you have to be in Saudi Arabia? Are there any options? I would hate to think of you risking your life or freedom to get what you want, but is it really hopeless? Our stereotype is that no woman should have to live in Saudi Arabia, but I don't know if it's really like that.

I don't completely agree with Totage. There are real barriers in life that have nothing to do with attitude. A 5'2" basketball player is never going to be an NBA star. One's country can be just as insurmountable. I see you are looking for a same-sex relationship. Whew! Tough spot.

Many also change, add to, or subtract info from their profiles as time goes by anyway. As I always say...these things are a perpetual work in progress. You should put a pic up anyway...the only way you could be "ugly", is if you're ugly on the inside.
