Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I love Alberta, drive an hour in any direction and the landscape is completely different. Semi-arid desert to the south (complete with rattlesnakes), mountains to the west (world-class skiing), badlands in the middle, arctic tundra to the north. Winter tends to get cold, but where I am there is usually a chinook or two to break it up a bit. I'd love to visit around the world, but there is no where else I'd rather be.
sounds COOOOL!! real nice! ......can i ask you sumthn....whats a chinook mean??....i never heard that word before. blushingflowerforyou

In this context a Chinook wind is a warm dry wind that blows in off the Rocky Mountains ... warm weather in the midst of winter

Central British Columbia love

Chinooks are awesome! They're like instant spring. One hour it's freezing and the next the snow is melting and we're outside in t-shirts. It's fabulous!

Ridge Manor, Florida

kinda in the sticks on an acre of land.
LOVE Florda, we have theme parks, beaches, the gulf the ocean... all within a couple hours drive. We have NO snow, (alright there is that small threat of hurricanes- But thats another reason for a party)we have LOTS of sunshine.

I live in Alabama right now, but Goof's world tour will be taking him to a new city come Jan. 2012. Am accepting invites to come and live near a town near you, and the winner gets a life time supply of Kool Aid. Word!

What's it like where you live?

it's fantastic

The ups, the downs and the in betweens.

... for pretty much everything except the deadly winters.

What do you enjoy most/least?

The culture, the women, the job market / cold, corrupted, anglo-franco clash

Or where would you like to go?

France to meet my cousins from way back so to speak ;)

Chinooks are pretty random actually and you have to live in the right place to be able to take full advantage of them. In the southern part of the province it gets warm but is super, super windy and the north gets nada. It always gets cold again, but it is a nice reprieve. It's still winter here and isn't showing signs of letting up yet. I think we'll only get 3 WARM months this year!

Ok Here it is about some of what the State of Delaware Is and about.

Delaware: Is the Frist State of the USA

I live on the Broader line of three States which are Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey

We have five ocean side beaches here in Delaware all polluted but the beach goers and swimmers don't know it.

Everybody here that drives through Delaware seems to be in a rush to leave.

And fineally this past Sentorial Eletion we had a woman running to be our Sentor by the name of "Cristine", need I say more of this here Frist State of Delaware

P.S. If your every driving through give me a toot-toot
