BARACK OBAMA UNABLE TO REGISTER FOR STATE PRIMARY AS ALABAMA REVIEWS HIS ELIGIBILITY TO BE A CANDIDATE FOR THE PRESIDENCY 01-07-2012 12:26 pm - Americans United for Freedom UPDATE: An Alabama Court has announced that it will hear arguments as to whether Barack Hussein Obama II is in fact eligible to appear on the State Presidential Primary Ballot. Several Alabama citizens have filed a lawsuit within the Alabama Circuit Court to "prevent certification of President Barack Obama for 2012 Alabama ballot access pending final hearing based on factual evidentiary hearings." The deadline for any candidate to register to appear on the Alabama Presidential Primary ballot is just days away, but by agreeing to hear the case, the Alabama Courts have effectively stalled any efforts by the Democratic Party to place Obama on the ballot. Just as important is the fact that the Court did indeed accept the case. By agreeing to hear the case, the Court appears to have recognized that the defendants, ordinary Alabama citizens, do in fact have standing. In many previous eligibility cases, courts have ruled that ordinary citizens did not have standing, in other words were not sufficiently harmed by the actions of the defendant and therefore had no legal right to bring their case before the courts. The actions of this Alabama Court is a game changer in that the legal system has finally recognized that ordinary citizens CAN be harmed and DO have the right to protest unconstitutional actions committed at the highest levels of Federal government. ]b]This case could revolutionize the legal system AND return the judiciary to the duty our Founding Fathers intended – protecting the citizenry from Federal power mongering. Each complaint argues that Barack Hussein Obama II is ineligible to appear on the 2012 Georgia Presidential ballot. Secretary Kemp has assigned 5 different hearings under five different judges, so that the complaints can move forward. Go to the website of the group in question. What you'll find is an obvious scheme to separate rightwing fanatics from their money. The bottom of the petition contains a clause asking for money directly. Time and again the Birther movement has lost cases in their 'holy cause' and some have even been sited for abuse of process ( i.e. wasting the time of the court with frivolous claims supported by baseless allegations they have yet to prove), and some part of that money is probably to innoculate the fanatics from having to reach in their own pockets to pony up for obstructing justice and making a mockery of the political process. The rest probably goes for paychecks or into the pockets of the people who own the scheme. -Kerry O. -

Is there actual proof that Barry Soetoro was actually Obama's name? Or is there a mixup with someone else's ss number? If this is true, why is it not well known? How will history write the story of Barak Obama if they don't have the truth? Maybe he really is the love child of malcom X. I like that story a lot better.

How will history write the story of Barak Obama if they don't have the truth? Maybe he really is the love child of malcom X. This whole debate is founded on the notion that Obama's birth certificate was forged. It has been reviewed time and time again, and been determined to be authentic. However, claims of forgery still persist. Therefore, this issue will never be resolved because one side refuses to accept that the document is genuine. So long as Obama was born in Hawaii, the whole discussion is moot. His father's status is of no consequence. The length of residence by his mother is of no consequence. Whether or not Hawaii had statehood is of no consequence. Why? Because residents born in the U.S. Territory of Hawaii were granted full U.S. citizenship as natural-born citizens. This special circumstance was granted to both Alaska and Hawaii, though not to other outlying territories which have their own special circumstances. So all this focus is rather ridiculous unless it can be proven that Obama was not born in Hawaii, or anywhere else within the Continental U.S. and Alaska. Everything else is just a smoke screen meant to confuse the issue.

I believe this is because of 'who' actually was the person or persons that 'verified' it to be authentic. Those who don't believe 'the system' will never accept those working for 'the system' as people of credit; nor people that's judgment holds any true word of 'value'. That's why, imo, it, like many other ideals, will be argued and protested against. With that said.. I agree, though, the whole point is moot. (btw love that word) No one will ever agree to disagree and certainly they won't all just 'agree' either. Tis the way of politics.

Hooray, at last, a voice stating the obvious. The fact that a minority can't accept a mans colour is Americas shame I'm confused by this statement. 'Minority'. 'Man's color'. 'America's shame.' I'm assuming by minority, you the people against it right? Not 'racial' aspect? 'Man's color' I don't believe would even be on a birth certificate. However, there concern, though no played out, was well constructed in the beginning. I mean, had he been Muslim, while we're at war with a country of them..? This statement actually ticks me off. Of all the things we can be 'ashamed' of. This is nowhere near the top of my priorities. :P Just saying..

I have nothing against a man' skin color. I don't like how this administration (and the last for that matter) has totally destroyed our constitution and given ultimate power to the government. We are screwed people.
