June 5, 2012, marks the 45th anniversary of the start of the 1967 War, when Israel launched a surprise attack against Egypt and began its military occupation of the Palestinian West Bank, Gaza Strip, East Jerusalem, and Syrian Golan Heights.
Since that time, Israel has ruled over millions of Palestinians in the occupied territories by military decree, granting them no political rights while relentlessly colonizing their land. Forty-five years on, Israel’s occupation and settlement enterprise become more entrenched by the day, leading many observers to conclude that the creation of a sovereign and territorially contiguous Palestinian state alongside Israel (i.e. the two-state solution) is no longer possible. Having lived a part of my life through apartheid, I believe what Nelson Mandela said... "South Africa is not truly free until Palestine is free"... I believe that if Palestine is settled...1967 Borders..East Jerusalem as Palestine Capitol and agreed numbers of the right of return of Refugees then Iran which seems to be the bane of the western world will have no more argument and the middle east will settle down. Israel needs to be brought to book for its now very obvious Apartheid Regime. |

The deck is always stacked against the little guy, or underdog.
MSM will promote a war just for profit shares never worrying about the impact on human life. Govt's are the same! There can be no peace without truth, and NOBODY is offering any! That leaves only one outcome! |

Everyone has an opinion, even if they say they don't, or that it doesn't affect their decisions.
Nobody is totally right, or totally wrong. There is always a gray area, and that is where people need to learn to listen as well as speak.... but we all know how well that works! In truth, that is one of the major reasons why I support Ron Paul.....he actually tries to live by that example! |
