i dunno abt d whole world.but,i c peeps being v.selfish n being so coward or scared of their life,etc.so,there r so much crimes,molestation,rapes,murders happening so openly in d middle of d city b4 d crowd.dats so irritating.LIVE A GUTFUL LIFE NOT JUST 4 UR-SELF.BUT,4 OTHERS 2.COZ,IF JUST LIKE U SUM1 IS IN TROUBLE N U JUST HAV A LOOK N GO BLIND LEAVING DAT PERSON HELPLESS.ITS NOT JUST DAT HE OR SHE HAD LOST IT BUT,D WHOLE SOCIETY IN D HANDS OF SUM ROADSIDERS!D PREPARED 2 FACE IT COZ U CUD B D NXT VICTIM.

Two options, translate using a Babel Fish or get a mouth full of pop rocks and a mouth full of Cola and swallow. That should help!

It does kinda seem like it would take more effort than just... writing regularly. For real. It's like choosing to write in binary because it's "simpler". But um... in terms of the original post... People pretty much tend to do what they're used to seeing. Creatures of habit, you know? So, I don't know. Maybe it's gangsta rap or the news media or poor parenting, but regardless of blame the issue essentially comes down to an established sense of empathy.
