Maybe you're looking too hard sweetie. It's been my experience with myself and with my friends, love comes up and taps you on the shoulder when you're not even looking.

I have tried the focusing on myself thing, thats why I moved here from Florida in January. I got a job right away and things are going good, but its hard to be happy when you have no friends just family in a new town!

OK....get up...step awaaaayyyyy from the computer and go join a team...bowl/darts/euchre, I don't care. Go take singing lessons, painting lessons, acting lessons. Go join a community garden, put on a leotard and go take up ballet.

I second the find groups that do things you like to do. Join a bowling league. If you like to watch sports, maybe go to a bar and start chatting with people there. Just have to find things you like to do and put some effort. All kinds of towns have ways of getting newbies into group associations so you establish new friends.
As for love? You'll more than likely find it (or it find you) in the most unsuspecting place. |

Why can't I find love? eeeeeeeeiiiiiiii, Could it be that someone hid it from you and the rest of the team?? Btw,you are not alone in that club either.. Love,Love,Love,Oh Love!! Elucive to many,abundant to a few.... Get out more,make time for other stuff than work..... Find a sport.... Make friends from work,from the shops/mart/market,what ever..... Talk to people.... Open yourself up to them-dont be closed off...... Oh,and dont stay focused on the phone screen when in line at the grocers either.....you'll make friends pretty easy! All the Best! |
