It's said that the eyes are windows to your soul. I think a smile speaks and says so much more. What are your thoughts and why?

mind is the door to soul windows r eyes heart...is destination of soul...meditation is the path to go so meditate and meet soul..smile is heaven distribute a lot u : back a lot  My Yoga teacher tells in class often, especially throughout the warrior series, for us to soften our gaze. I like that because she has taught me that we can cleanse ourselves of unnecessary agressions and anxieties....and still address issues and problems. :) So I think the eyes are a window, I think they can be a window to the soul but they are also a window to the frame of mind or heart that someone has. A smile will brighten the eyes ans add cheer so it is a partner to the eyes

in yoga we surrender to god never try to fight against god..but when we surrender to god then feel relax from all worries and anxity feel a new energy and light of soul in our self
   that feeling comes tru from eyes when we open after yoga ciryas

all stages we do called kiryas..like sudarshan chakra,pranayam..i dont know what she said there ..u r teacher..u do meditation with yoga

Sometimes with this Yoga I think....Oh! there is too much to learn! I am familiar with the Chakras but have not studied them. OK I think she has used that term for the stages before. It is hard for me to always be able to know how another language is pronounced or how it sounds just from seeing it in writing. I am sure you know what I mean :) |

yeah 5 chakras in our body for survival..and shiv yog is typical and rich stage of meditation thats end if anyone find the stage internaly

yes u can c ur self ahead of u after hard practice of this yog but amazing experiance u find all the answers from urself of all kind of questions

Thinking back on it, I used to do the same thing when I would swim long distance. On a long distance swim, one is partially submerged and you lose track of the activity and people around you. I used to think out all my problems when I'd swim. I don;t do that exactly in yoga. It is more of emptying the mind and then later after yoga some solutions will occur to me

I get told my best features are my eyes and smile. People often want me to take my glasses off so they can see my eyes better. They are golden hazel which is a bit different. I smile for pictures all the time but it's not my real smile. You have to make me laugh to get my real smile. I worked as Bugs Bunny right out of high school at Six Flags and even though no one could see me, I automatically smiled every time I was in a picture. I can't fake my eyes but I can fake a smile.

I don't think there is a soul, I think an essence of a person is portrayed through how they deal with problems and people as they arise.
