Michael Jackson accuser asks FBI to release damning files revealing 'hush money' payments
The FBI files challenge Jackson’s insistence he never laid a finger on any of the kids invited to his Neverland Ranch for unsupervised sleep-overs Michael Jackson A former child dancer accusing Michael Jackson of years of abuse will ask the FBI to release damning files on The King of Pop. Wade Robson's lawyers hope the material, which claims Jackson paid 23million to hush up abuse victims, will help win their case. Choreographer Wade, now 30, is suing Jackson's estate claiming the star molested him time and time again when he was a child. This is despite the fact he denied being abused by Jackson at the 2005 trial when the star was cleared of abusing another child. Yesterday the Sunday People revealed the files show Jackson paid huge sums of hush money over 15 years. US crime-busters seized the material – including tapes, phone transcripts and names of 17 alleged victims – from an investigator who worked for the star. His documents were not passed to prosecutors in Jackson’s 2005 trial. Last night a friend of Wade said: He was shocked by the news of this report emerging yesterday. Wade has already asked his lawyers to contact the FBI to see if they could access the information. "He feels his case could be bolstered if he could get another child or even more to come out and support what he went through at the hands of Jackson. It has been over 20 years, but right now his prime concern is to build a case to show the world he is in the right. The source continued: "Wade has been rocked by the reaction to his claims. "He knows if he stands shoulder to shoulder with another accuser he might be viewed sympathetically." The FBI files challenge Jackson’s insistence he never laid a finger on any of the kids invited to his Neverland Ranch in California for unsupervised sleep-overs. They describe how the singer was caught groping a child star, molesting others. A source said: Spending a year's royalties to keep him on his throne was worth it. The world never heard what took place. Jackson died in 2009 after a medical drug overdose. The files were revealed as Jackson's family attended the Las Vegas premiere of Michael ONE, a lavish stage show. http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/michael-jackson-accuser-wade-robson-2014085#ixzz2wcwVTQQ0 Follow us: @DailyMirror on Twitter | DailyMirror on Facebook |

FBI has to process the application.
They'll probably refuse. Attorney will have to get a court order demanding FBI hand over files. Then, the case has to be put together. Estate served, trial date set. I could imagine it could take another 5 years or better to go to trial. But then, a professional here could do all that in a matter of days. |

Well I would say it was true, only the circumstances are changing. The first time his parents got the money because he was a minor. This time he gets to keep the money. And oh, being under age even means he couldn't have been under oath the first time so is even immune to a charge of perjury. Sweet. |

Sweet. , he testified in someone elses case under oath that it never happened he was 23 when he testified and under oath, but not under oath any of the other time before then when he stated it to reporters that it never happened,,, just feels to me like an entertainer who is worth a lot now that he is dead and unable to defend himself,,, which is a shame, as I believe MJ and Robson to both be talented people |

Evidence was withheld.
So, MJ will miss another 50 some-odd million, per molestation claim after the FBI releases the evidence? If he and others who can get past the shame of being man-raped win, I'd like to see all his assets seized, auctioned off and the proceeds, after paying his victims, go to help victims of child abuse. |

Some victims cant face their abuser in court and have often lied for them for various reasons, publicity that comes in a high profile case, looking weak, perception they're gay or downright afraid of their abuser. |

But liberal shills do lie for money constantly just to try and discredit the truth. You can usually spot a shill because they support every popular liberal talking point and deny any story against the liberal divide and enrage philosophy. |

WOW, labels are so interchangeable in the English language,,, So what you are saying is that you can't or won't refute the statement so you will just try to divert the discussion with some pretense. |
