NASHVILLE, April 22, 2014– Long days spent at the Capitol fighting for state sovereignty are finally done. Legislative season is over. The snooze button was hit four (five) times this morning. The Ruger lays clean and loaded a few feet over. The smell of fresh coffee, biscuits and ham fills the air. A country, Spring wind blows over the balcony. Hank Williams III plays in the background. Is this how a "��domestic terrorist" spends his morning? According to United States Senator Harry Reid (D-Nev.), yes.

For a sitting United States Senator to call American citizens "��domestic terrorists" sets an incredibly dangerous precedent. Not only did Reid call Americans domestic terrorists, he labeled his own constituents as such. When asked to clarify, Reid defended his claims. "(I meant) just what I said."

If you recall the campaign that was perpetrated by Clinton and Reno during the 90's was intended to get rid of these types of people.

In America people are presumed innocent until proven guilty. They could have arrested him when he went into town or when he left the property. They wanted a military style raid for a photo op. That is a fact.

well they were and they are the administrators of the property in question. that is simply a fact. Bundy is so wrong that I can't see how anyone can;t get that. I wonder why how he has avoided jail.

I won't ridicule your perception, but I do challenge it.

Even Reid, who was wrong in his statements , only getting involved AFTER the fact as well, said it best..... "we are a nation of laws".

That being said, since when are armed federal agents used to collect a debt, placing sniper sights on peaceful protests, tazing people for only vocal outcry and threatening them with attack dogs, also tackling a pregnant woman?

The law states that the feds should have worked with local law enforcement to procure an arrest by warrant.... they did not!

The property could have been attached by lien for the non-paid grazing fees.... but it was not, and a statement was made by an attorney that they felt they would lose that action in court so instead took direct unlawful action.

They shot and killed 2 prize bulls, many dozens more cows and calves burying them in a mass grave (this could only be an action to injure his livelihood as a cattle rancher....why else kill his only two stud bulls?), damaged water holes and troughs the local wildlife also used..... there is NO excuse or law that condones these actions for the simple collection of a supposed debt!

He may have lost in a federal court, but it was their court, their judge, their dept, and the BLM walked out with the simple statement that it was "their" land, and "they" were the law, and he was guilty without the case even being presented or defended. They then asked for the warrants and were granted them. There was no trial!

That is why Bundy refused to pay the BLM even tho he paid the state and county, and why they couldn't have won a case for a lien on the property. There was no court order awarded to the feds by the fed court when they walked out of the suit Bundy had filed against them.... only the warrants later requested and received!

These actions should scare everyone! What if the feds want your home or property next?

Sounded like a description of my daily life as an Appalachian American. Government tried to stomp my people out long time ago in a town called Matewan. Didn't work. The people always outlast tyranny. If some good vittles and good music makes a feller a terrorist, so be it. I reckon people oughta be overjoyed that they finally quit importing all the terrorists from oversees. My objection to the term terrorist being used in this context is that it has become cliche. The term is grossly overused to demonize and evoke emotion and really doesn't apply to a man that staunchly stands his ground to protect of his family, land, liberty, and possessions.

But two things about harry reid:

1. I'd hafta know who he is to give a ****.

2. Wouldn't give a **** even if i knew who he was.

The people always outlast tyranny. Only difference in a patriot and a terrorist is which side of the fence you're on. Let us not forget that the founders of this nation were traitorous saboteurs that defied rule. Look where that got them.

Bundy Ranch: The Agenda 21 "Shot" Heard 'Round The World

The United States government is NOT concerned about the desert tortoise. There is something much larger at stake...a much bigger reason to lead an armed insurrection against a family's property as we've seen at the Bundy Ranch. What's for sure is the Bundy Ranch showdown is not over. Harry Reid assures us something big will happen:

As Los Angeles Times writes, "The U.S. can't let Cliven Bundy win his range war." Why not?

They could have arrested Koresh many times outside of his House,and even in Town!

I don't agree with Koresh's Religious Persuasion,or with other things he was accused of,and might or might not have done!
But the way the Feds went in was in best NAZI-Tradition!
There wasn't any need to to even shed one drop of blood!

The mind of the average person is so propagated with images and conditioning from media anymore it is easy to control their thought processes.

Common core (education) becomes nothing but conditioning to the transference of power to authority, and nothing about education! Willful obedience in the name of "equality". Relinquishing rights for privilege, going along to get along....... the Hitler Youth played a key role in the Third Reich having been taught from an early age the benefits of power and privilege granted by a benevolent government for their loyalty..... even to the point of turning on their own family and community members.

I agree with the author of the article, restore the states rights, repeal the 12th, 14th and 17th Amendments. Restore the constitution and remove these terrorist that occupy the incorporated government to the republic for which the constitution stands.

And just what would give you a clue? How do you justify any of this statement? What law enforcement official was a gun aimed at, the sheriff?
