it is so annoying to see these women post pics and claim to be from america and can barely speak english, do they think that once you talk with them, that you are going to fall in love over the internet and get her an american passport! and then when you tell them that you know they arent american they get all angry, another sign i have seen is when she starts giving you her email address really quick, there is a certain way an american woman carries herself, so i can spot a phony from the 1st message...sorry just wanted this out there!

Women go through the same garbage. Just use wisdom and you'll learn to detect a scammer almost immediately. Been there and done that but have never been successfully scammed. Sometimes though I feel like all this is a waste of time and energy but on the upside, I have made many very good friends here.

I hate it that when you post a profile here it goes onto heaps of others and you end up with heaps of junk mail and its hard to tell it they are real or not and then you have to sign up to a different site to view :( Also they are sent to different areas.

This sounds very much like the e-mail/text msg scams run here by Nigerians (who come to study). Many people here due to their greed end up becoming victims of these scams and get all the money sucked out of their accts. These victims have never heard of "the best money is money earned"!
