Sure! I'd rather be bicycling through Vondelpark in Amsterdam right now, perhaps exploring the pyramids of Giza. I could lie right now and say that I "really" would take off on the monster waves of Pipeline...but a glassy left 8' break at a San Diego beach would be heaven!
...but it's all good  - I can spend HOURS playing "peekaboo" with a cackling toddler - I ADORE having a few beers, half shells, and laughs with friends at the Oyster Bar - I get a kick out of a dog's half cocked head and perky ears as if to say, "WTF?" Just the other morning some 1940s swing band music was piping through the speakers at my local breakfast diner. (It was a slower song) and out of the blue, an older couple got up and danced...seemingly just as in love as they were during the "Great War".    Oh YAH!!!!!! THAT'S the Good Stuff!!!! |
