Is it legal again, to kill unarmed black minors?

well, let me explain

if one is of a certain SIZE, they are no longer a minor or a child,, they are 'adult sized' and therefore,, not privy to normal 'minor' protections

so, treyvon was, well adult sized at 5 foot 11 and 158 pounds,,
and but for his decision to 'stand his ground' against a perceived stalker who turned out to have a gun,, he may have not died that night

now, had he pulled a gun and shot him, he may have had a better chance, being both armed, and both therefore reasonably 'fearful' for their lives

,,,but that's another debate


and well, Brown actually was a HUGE guy who could not have been stopped from potentially beating the officer to death except by being shot multiple times,,,




'unarmed' is now not a fashionable or correct term to use,, which is particularly detrimental to black males who are already implicitly associated with danger,,,,

everyone can be 'armed' by the new standard where it only means you have the potential to kill,, and well, even a bad fight can kill someone,,


,,,Im not sure if this clears things up,, but sometimes to win the game,, we have to get in it

and to change the rules, we have to understand the ones that are already in place




it needs to become legally fashionable for black communities to take up arms and police themselves,, like in the panther days,,,

but we will see if that ever happens,,,

How hard can it be for kids with proper parenting?

-Don't steal
-No need to raise a fist
-When a peace officer says stop, you stop!

Basically, stay out of trouble. The full responsibility rests on the parents until the age of 18... If the kids get in trouble, yes, it's the parents fault. Always!

How hard could it be to not kill unarmed teenagers when you are an adult twice their age, and have a pistol on you?


- Don't be racist or stereotype
- Don't shoot at a van full of kids for playing loud music.
- Don't empty a clip into a surrendering teenager.
- Don't follow people at night against the advice of a law enforcement professional. Especially without identifying yourself.

Obviously, there must be some bad parenting involved with these killers.

While we're on the subject of parenting...

this young man got commendation for getting a drug dealer to the ground by himself,, no weapons involved,, just the physical act of being able to singularly subdue someone, was awardworthy

I think he was in deeper than he was expecting and not as superior in his abilities as he needed to be


oddly, I feel sorry for him,, even though I feel he should be prosecuted and face consequences,,,

Your right to bear arms is a social mess, a war zone for law enforcement. I would NOT do their work... How bout you king? would you? If I wouldn't do their jobs, as a society, shouldn't we protect them law enforcement at all cost? these guys want one thing after finishing their shifts... To be home with their family!
This overgrown kid thought it ok to steal and strong arm the owner of the store then probably get in the face of a peace officer? There's no way I could coexist with this, there's only 2 sides, good or bad, pick one bud!

Would "black officers only" patrolling the streets of black neighborhoods have less occurrences of violence? Would it make things safer on the streets? Find a solution King... not just biotch about it?

actually, I think, officers who are living in the districts they 'serve and protect' would work better

have you heard of a predominately white community that had a black force? I doubt it

having a personal interest and connection in a community, and being a part of it,,reduces the 'us vs them' type of thinking, and increases a solidarity of working together as a part of 'them' instead,,,,

being able to go back home to my nice safe community afterwards may be just the thing that makes it less necessary for me to give a dam about theirs,, just saying

Sounds reasonable... Although, the possibility of increased Police corruption, payola and shakedowns comes to mind, in reality, no reason for police corruption increase based on where they live.IMO

see I think all those things are easier to accomplish when people don't know where you live and where you don't have to live amongst the results of such corruption,,,

mr king it is wrong to kill minors but I think the justice dept stages some of this stuff to keep the dumb down public from seeing MS 13 from crossing our borders and 800 billion in laundered drug money from the big banks.. should I go on

Just an observation

I don't go to the states anymore because of my past experiences (except tradeshow in Vegas) last year I was there, a shootout on the strip... end result, rapper in Maserati dead, cab driver and passenger dead from the Maserati plowing into the cab. 2 days later, I'm first on site in a hostage taking... again, on the strip.


I remember seeing bumper stickers on patrol cars in NYC which read like this...

"If you have any information regarding the death of Police officers, dial 1-800...."
Now 3 things come to mind

One... This must happen alot?
two... The deaths must be random cop shootings while on patrol?
three... Dead end investigations need public info.(random killings)

My grandfather had to kill several KKK for coming to our house to rape, rob, and kill us.

In self defense.

But back then, you couldn't kill a white person, even in self defense.

My grandfather was lynched.

My uncle, had Georgia police shoot his head off in front of the family while tied to a tree.

My father became a famous preacher in Atlanta.

He woke up with nightmares screaming "LEAVE HIM ALONE! He ain't did nothing to ya!"

peoples experiences and the experiences of their loved ones do affect their perceptions and the precaution they feel the need to take,,,,

I am sorry you have had these experiences. Like Anne Franklin, I believe most people will avoid confrontation and violence

although I think both are being more widely promoted instead of de-escalation and valuing human life,,,
