Sounds like everyone has their own thing. I am going to start working out harder..lifting more often and boxing. I hope everyone is well! Good discussion and some good funny interesting posts I see lol.

I like doing things that are both productive and good exercise. Such as clearing the driveway with a snow shovel rather than use a blower or cutting wood with a hand saw. When the job is done you can see the results of your effort.

I like calisthenics. ....finding or creating the most unorthodox methods. .....yielding muscle confusion. In addition implementing/combining cardio w/ calisthenics. Check out Frank Medrano on you tube. ...he's quite an inspiration in fitness methods & nutrition. Remember. .....nutrition can be a ratio importance of 70% nutrition and 30 % fitness. You can tweek your results by modifying your ratio on your fitness methods & the quality of your food intake. ....want better performance? ?? Then fuel the body right:-)

Another good method is super sets. .....even mixing it up ...for an example ...pull ups w/ weight leg lunges or squats. This is a perfect example of muscle confusion. ......its all about mixing it up & not falling into the same routine.

Also .....throw some heavy lifts in there as well. 2 minutes rest between sets. ....pushing it heavy. Concentrating on only one to two muscle groups using compound exercises ( this is a conventional method )

A good combination for the week could be one day of a full body super set work out. .....then the next day can be running/sprint running or jump rope. I like to do 30 minute jump rope, 5 mile sprint intervels or 4 to 5 mile running on the treadmill. On occasion will do up to 13 miles outside in a scenic setting.

effort is linked to achievement, the more you put in the more you get out, and everyone is different in regards what they can do and how much energy they can expend, small steps to begin with and work up the ladder
