that you're not really interested without hurting his ego or feelings?
In both scenarios: - he either has a love interest - he may not have a love interest, but just likes to go out, as in have a good time I keep ending up in these situations where men keep texting or Apping me to meet again, because they had such a great time. I'm flattered, I guess I'm doing something right, lol, but doesn't mean that I want to spend more time with them. Just now got this message from a bloke asking me when he could see me again, cos he'd had such a good time. And again find myself thinking 'how the he(k do I tell him?' |

Personally, I would want to be told straight up
Just a "no thanks" And don't make it sound like you're unsure. Firm..but gentle..ish.

Tell the truth without being rude ,sarcastic,and like someone said on this thread,say it like you mean it,caus alot of women say stuff and are mixed up,(not sure),I'd pretty much rather that than to be "led on",good luck!

Watersign, Women usually communicate more subtly and we can sort of read between the lines (and yes, sometimes we are mistaken, depending on i.e. insecurity, wishful thinking etc, but in general we are very good at subtle signals.) This doesn't work on men, we're wired differently. So telling someone straight, to me (and I guess a lot of women) feels blunt, rude, cos we're used to communicating more subtly. Can't tell the bloke that he was nice but rather boring, nor am I gonna give him a rejection nookie I'll stick with the "don't feel 'it'"

Humm I basically tell them that there is no connection for me...
Funny last one I told that went off on me.. Said I was looking for a free meal... But had clearly told him prior that it was dutch and I would rather pay my own way... He grabbed the check even after I had the waitress put them on separate tickets... So at times your damn if you do and damn if you don't... That one I did tell him what I thought of him after he was an ***...  But it will still not keep me from being honest and telling them thank you but no thanks... the connection is just not there for me..

I'm crushed devastated...omg.. so embarrassed right now.... why didn't. you just lie to me ,and tell me you had to move to Beijing.. like all the other women....

Awww.. by the way I find it so sweet..
