I just jump in and see what happens, but this tactic has failed me a few times now and it's not a nice feeling. It's kind of a curse being extraordinarily handsome because one look in the mirror is all it takes to reassure you, so you don't feel the need to prepare properly. Here's an example of some of the mistakes I've made: I often turn up not knowing where we're going to go, and this makes me look indecisive. Another thing... uncomfortable silences. It's important to keep them talking. When they start playing on their phone it's not a good sign haha!

You mean you don't keep your date enthralled by talking about how good looking you are? Shocking.

May I suggest letting one off before going out so you don't think much about it and you can pay more attention to her.laugh

Like most men, you make the mistake of attributing your feelings
about looks, to your partner's feelings about looks.

We do NOT care.

You could be the ugliest guy around, a regular Charles Bronson, or
Quasimodo, but if you are caring, intelligent, humorous we will
jump your bones.

There are pretty boys aplenty.
They may draw a woman's attention, but it stops there.
He has to perform from then on.

In response to lionsbrew. I don't want to waste it just in case I get lucky. Because I've been in situations where they wanted it again and again. One soon after the other. Up to as much as four times! I guess there must be something about me that brings out the nympho in them.

These 2 sentences should be an indicator of your desirability regardless of how good looking or even handsome you think you are. As it is, character, personality, humor & other factors comes into play, so, you definitely lack it if 'uncomfortable silences' and your date 'starts playing on their phone' happens. Maybe, it is time you go brush up your skills on communication and character improvement. Maybe start at pre-school??
