Some people will overlook the controversies pertaining to Tawana Brawley, Freddie's Fashion Mart, Crown Heights and Duke University because Al Sharpton is one of them, a liberal Democrat. how long ago was the most recent occasion of Sharpton being 'wrong' He wasnt wrong on Ferguson and addressing unnecessary killing of citizens, the treatment of citizens by those in authority, and the accountability of authority to its citizens. so, can we get some RECENT history to complain about,, please? if not, can we allow people the reality of growth and knowledge and aknowledge what they have done LATELY,,?,,,,(meaning sooner than a decade or TWO decades ago) http://nypost.com/2015/01/04/how-sharpton-gets-paid-to-not-cry-racism-at-corporations/ the fight lives on...  helping blacks there, isn't he... he has contributors, their reasons for contributing can be speculated all day long AND he doesnt just help blacks he also helps others like disenfranchised workers and the lgbt community and impoverished/urban communities expand your knowledge beyond what media chooses to include |

Gun buybacks? All that does is offer much less than market value to law abiding citizens to render themselves helpless against criminals who won't give up their guns. Al Sharpton is about Al Sharpton and couldn't care less about you, me, or anyone else. He took the Dream MLK told us about and perverted it because realization of the Dream renders Sharpton irrelevant.

That's just it. He keeps the Dream in the news instead of accepting the fact that most people don't consider race. And this "national discussion" about race that people keep saying we need to have? Why? We have people who have different skin colors. What's to discuss? That means nothing to most people, which is exactly what MLK's dream was all about. But Al Sharpton keeps it "in the news" because if it's not, he's not. He doesn't give a damn about you or anyone else.

He would be considered a " Mom & Pop" organization Running multiple companies or a corporation with sub companies of that size is easy if you have any business or leadership qualities, which he clearly does not One of the taxes he didn't pay was Federal payroll tax.. Paying Federal payroll tax is accounting 101... automatic.. ( its the one tax you make sure your finance dept. pays.) just like paying the rent for your offices.. automatic. ( which he has stiffed landlords on too). Any bookkeeper knows this, as does any accountant. The IRS will not automatically hit you with penalties and interest.. if they think what you or your companies did was a honest mistake... but they will "hammer you" if they feel you did it intentionally.. he is getting hammered with penalties.. why.. because his lack of paying his taxes spans years.. not a 1 year oversight. This on top of the other liens he had or has levied against him and his corporations by a multitude of service or real estate companies.. all for non payment of services rendered. legitimate services rendered. Many of these services required a contract to be signed in advance. But clearly signing a binding contract means nothing to him as well. After all... he's AL SHARPTON The above actions on HIS part define HIS character and moral structure He is a leach.. a tax cheat.. a deadbeat... a ambulance chaser.
