Eight out of Please rate me requests come from men, boys, ????.
How so. Are men that so overwhelmed by themselves or others?

'What' is rude and not English. Pardon if you don't understand.

For the simpletons, I asked why more men ask to be rated than do women.
Are the men uncertain of themselves or do they admire themselves in the mirror too often?

Now you're making sense. Your first post was unclear. And I don't really need a grammar lesson. I'm quite familiar with the English language. If my application of said linguistic apparatus is unacceptable, perhaps a reduced amount of snobbery regarding adequate syllabic production is in order. While I am perfectly capable of confusing the f**k out of people with a language they speak, I've found that more people are willing to accept more common phraseology, and are generally displeased with the utterance of syllables for the sake of exposing one's mastery of the vocabularic arts.

It seems by your very post that you have your own bowl of water. Otherwise the thought would not have crossed your mind.

To answer the OP's question, it is "strutting" in electronic format. Much like a peacock spreading his tail, the male dating site user must post in the rate my profile sections to say "look at me!!"

I was going to ask him to double check his settings on his profile to see if it was woman seeking men.

Yes and apart from that he misspelled narcissistic

As for the question, don't know really.. never noticed there's more men asking for ratings than women, but now you mention it ...
Maybe women get comments and compliments sooner than men? Maybe women daren't put themselves on the spot by asking for a rating unless they know they are attractive?

And the header, narcissistic... I don't think a narcissist would ask for a rating... He'd find other ways to get the glory he seeks...

Some of us still understand you. You will never be truly alone.
(Wait - is that a good thing or a bad thing?)

Maybe women daren't put themselves on the spot by asking for a rating unless they know they are attractive?

I don't think I've ever rated a woman's profile based on her physical attractiveness... Though I did tell a woman once that "a smile wouldn't hurt". Usually the closest I get are comments on the quality of the picture she took of herself, but not her appearance directly...

And as far as male profiles go, usually the biggest problem I see is lack of Interests or content. (I refuse to comment on any profile's spelling/grammar/punctuation mistakes, for sheer time wasted.) If I were to comment on their physical attractiveness, I would probably tell them they are all horribly ugly and should remove all pictures of themselves from social media everywhere.
But would that be a fair judgment of their attractiveness? Probably not. I ain't exactly the right person to ask.
