Depends on what you do.
Or how extreme you get.

If you hurt no one else, then flying your freak flag
should be okay.

Why do you always ask a question at the start of your threads, but never give your own views on the subject?

Do you believe this lifestyle is healthy or not?

Yes. As long as both know what they're doing, both physically (safety) as psychology & emotionally. It is a big responsibility, not just some silly game, and one (the dominant party mostly) must be ready, willing and able to handle this responsibility.

It is healthy only when blood is involved , because that releases the extra energy from one's body , and it could release their soul sometimes .

Whatever floats your boat I reckon.

I certainly wouldn't criticize anyone who likes it, especially if I was handcuffedohwell

But seriously I've never tried it but each to their own

Hey as long as they are consenting adults more power to them.. As long as all involved are into that then it is not for others to judge.. The way I understand those that are into it have safe words and each knows the limits of the other...

Myself have never gave it a thought....whoa

The world of bdsm for many is a lifestyle which has much more to do with just expression of sexuality .. like devil dog said it is built on complete trust and an openminded view of what pleasure And commitment is. There will always be extremes but those who practise mostly do so with knowledge and caring for their partner. Like any relationship it can become destructive dysfunctional and dangerous to your health .. Many men particularly think dominance is about aggression and overpowering their partner .. When in fact it has more to do with a connection of minds .. And controlling through mindplay :-)

Very well said!
