We all hear and know about compromise but no matter how "reasonable" we want to say we are, there's just that "ISSUE" we WON'T put up with. I personally believe it doesn't make you a mean or selfish person...you just know what you want. It's better to clear the air...make it be known from the get go so as to prevent conflicts later on.
For me...you are a HELL NO if you smoke or you display signs of being abusive. I'll pass! What would you PUT UP A RED FLAG FOR? |

These are what most people call deal breakers. Mine is smoking. I just can't stand it. I will cough and wheeze if I am near the stuff.

There is someone extremely beautiful and intelligent who I was interested in but he was a drug abusing junkie. It broke my heart but that is unacceptable.

Overdramatic behavior.its good to defend yourself,but if a person feels they have to be on guard 24/7,I don't want to be around them.

Mine is alcohol abuse.. not the occasional drinker.. that's fine with me. I just don't want any part of being involved with a alcoholic.
