This coming from a person who was thinking about having one...I was thinking about it to sort of take the edge of things but I have come to the conclusion (no pun intended ) that one night stands must be pointless because your basically bieng used for someone else's sexual gratification and even if the woman wants to at that moment in time she may feel bad about herself after which is why I wouldn't want to put myself through that. Sex is so much better with the person who loves you and vice versa, plus you can do so much more kinky s**t and you know you will be respected the next morning ;).

I've had one night stands in the past & each time it happend she wanted a relationship with me...& it has happend with quite a few girls but that was years ago...

it's not about encouraging/discouraging types of relationships , for each their own , yet i can give my opinion about it , i don't like it myself , that might be because of the health risks that you should take when you get involved in this kind of relations ... in addition to the fact that having sex with the absence of love is meaningless and "tasteless" .

I know many people that do this and it concerns me greatly not because of morals or ethics since if you are over 18 free, who cares what you do. The concern for me is STD'S, etc... I personally have never been into it..

I personally think the world is too busy trying to point fingers at this group or that group for supposedly violating THEIR OWN�moral code.

Personally if the French population wants to have and encourage one-night stands good for them, and I'm not French so it really doesn't affect me. I can choose not to participate imagine that. .choice. Just like I can choose not to think about what they are doing and whether or not I agree...because in the end is my opinion going to affect them? nope...so really why should I let their views affect me.

Now if my hypothetical daughter came home from class and a teacher was encouraging their students to have a one-night-stand...then I guarantee you they'd get an earful of my opinion on the subject
