I hope that "Bill the rapist" didn't have aids. Has he been tested?

I don't know about aids, but him and Camille certainly have lock jaw... it must have sucked for both to go instantly mute like that.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Battles in court continued for Bill Cosby Thursday. The well-known comedian is facing multiple lawsuits, in addition to accusations of sexual abuse by dozens of women. At federal court in Springfield on Thursday, Cosby’s lawyers argued to have one of those cases put on hold.

The case up for discussion was filed by the insurance company, American International Group, which said that Cosby’s homeowner’s policy doesn’t require them to pay for his lawyer fees, which they are doing right now. 22News asked AIG’s lawyers why they’re not responsible for Cosby’s legal costs, but they had no comment.
“We’re not allowed to talk to the press, how’s that?” an attorney representing AIG said.
But Kirk Pasich, who represents Cosby, said that they still feel AIG should continue to pay.
“Well, I think it’s safe to say that Mr. Cosby does believe he’s entitled to insurance for this,” Pasich said.
Inside the courtroom, this turned into a three-sided debate, with lawyers representing women who filed defamation lawsuits against Cosby arguing their point to the judge.
“What AIG has done is ask the court to stay or put a hold on the defamation case, a whole separate case,” explained Attorney Joseph Cammarata, who represents seven women suing Cosby. “So I was there to tell the judge, don’t do that! Let this case go forward.”
Cammarata’s clients argue that Cosby branded them as liars after going public with their sexual abuse accusations against him.
Cammarata says he’s fine with both cases going on at the same time, while Cosby’s lawyers want the case with AIG put on hold until the defamation case is finished.
Cosby is a western Massachusetts resident, living in the Franklin County town of Shelburne.

Deposition set for Bill Cosby’s wife in defamation case

By Associated Press December 3, 2015 | 5:09pm

SPRINGFIELD, Mass.
— Bill Cosby‘s wife of nearly 52 years will answer questions under oath next month in her first deposition since dozens of women came forward over the last year with sexual abuse allegations against Cosby.

A lawyer for seven women suing Cosby for defamation said Thursday that Camille Cosby‘s deposition is scheduled Jan. 6 in Springfield. Attorney Joseph Cammarata said Bill Cosby’s deposition is scheduled Feb. 22, also in Springfield, where the defamation suit was filed.

The women allege Cosby’s representatives defamed them after they came forward with their allegations.

Cammarata announced the deposition dates during a hearing in federal court in a separate lawsuit filed against Cosby by his insurer, AIG Property Casualty Co.

AIG is balking at paying the costs of defending Cosby in the defamation suit.

Cosby lawyers fight deposition of his wife in lawsuit

Lawyers for Bill Cosby said Friday they will fight an attempt to require his wife to give a sworn deposition in a defamation lawsuit filed by seven women who accuse the comedian of sexually assaulting them decades ago.
December 18, 2015

A lawyer for the women has subpoenaed Camille Cosby to be deposed on Jan. 6. at a hotel in Springfield, Massachusetts. But Cosby's lawyers filed a motion Friday to quash the subpoena, saying she has no firsthand, non-repetitive knowledge of issues in the lawsuit. They also argue that any confidential communications between Cosby and his wife are protected by the Massachusetts spousal disqualification rule.

The women's lawyer, Joseph Cammarata, had argued that he should be able to question Camille Cosby because she was her husband's business manager. "I think she has information that's relevant to the litigation in this matter," Cammarata said Friday.

Cosby's lawyers said Camille Cosby does not have any information about the accuracy of the women's allegations. They also allege that the attempt to subject her to a deposition is "nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt to pressure defendant in the face of subjecting his wife to the shame and embarrassment of responding to questions about his alleged infidelities and sexual misconduct."

The seven women suing Cosby for defamation in federal court in Springfield are among approximately 50 women who have come forward over the last year alleging that he sexually assaulted or had unwanted sexual contact with them decades ago. They claim in their suit that Cosby allowed his representatives to portray them as liars after they went public with their allegations.

Cosby, 78, filed a countersuit against the women earlier this week, accusing them of making false allegations of sexual misconduct for financial gain. He said the women have "engaged in a campaign to assassinate" his reputation and character.

Of course they did. What is the alternative? A girls night out, where they whack him after yoga class?

Bill Cosby of honorary degree
Jordan Freiman | December 26, 2015

Oberlin College strips Bill Cosby of honorary degree http://www.deathandtaxesmag.com/274956/oberlin-college-strips-bill-cosby-of-honorary-degree/

Oberlin College, a liberal arts school in Ohio, has rescinded an honorary degree it gave to Bill Cosby back in 2010.

A statement published on the college’s website reads, in part:

Mr. Cosby’s admitted actions are not congruent with Oberlin College’s commitment to supporting survivors of sexualized violence, as reflected in its sexual misconduct policy, and do not epitomize the high standards Oberlin considers in awarding honorary degrees.

The “admitted actions” are most likely the behavior that came to light when records of his 2005 deposition were made public. During that deposition he admitted to procuring Quaaludes from a shady doctor to give to women he wanted to have sex with.

Oberlin has also taken down their webpage that was dedicated to Cosby.

Cosby recently counter-sued several (7 total) of his alleged victims for defamation, including model Beverly Johnson.

Now that the issue of whether to support an whether alleged serial rapist has been put to bed, hopefully they can solve the great mystery of its cafeteria food. Is it racist or just bad?

Bill Cosby charged with aggravated indecent assault for 2004 case

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) -- Officials announced Wednesday morning that Bill Cosby has been charged with aggravated indecent assault, a first degree felony, for an incident that happened over a decade ago at his Pennsylvania home.

Montgomery County prosecutors hosted a press conference confirming the news Wednesday morning, saying Cosby is aware of the arrest warrant and will be arraigned later in the day.

It's the first criminal charge against Cosby over his conduct with women, which has received new scrutiny in the past year. A former Temple University employee told police the comedian drugged and violated her at his home near Philadelphia.

A previous district attorney declined to charge Cosby in 2005. The 78-year-old comedian previously said under oath that he had consensual sexual contact with the woman.

Prosecutors reopened the case as new evidence was unsealed in the woman's related civil case and dozens of women came forward with similar accusations.

Cosby posted 10 percent of a $1 million bail in cash.

About 15 minutes after he arrived the actor left the courthouse, shaking his head as reporters asked him comment.

"These charges stem from a sexual assault that took place on an evening in early 2004 at Mr. Cosby’s home," Montgomery County First Assistant District Attorney Kevin Steele said in a press conference. "Mr. Cosby is charged with aggravated indecent assault."

He did pull off the " feeble old man" routine pretty well. complete with a cane, two lawyers helping him walk,, and the ole tripping on the curb routine.

If the court case starts to go bad, don't be surprised to see the defense have him pull the time tested " pissed his pants" maneuver

A true actor.. right to the end.. bye bye Bill

Lmao @ pissed his pants maneuver laugh

The sweater, don't forget his wearing the trademark Huxtable sweater with a hoodie surprised laughslaphead

The model claims that the disgraced TV dad drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2008 at a Playboy Mansion party. She along with Constand is one of the few accusers whose alleged attack happened within the statute of limitations.

“My client is very happy that Mr. Cosby will be brought to justice in the criminal court system. She hopes that the LA District attorney's will also see fit to bring charges in her case," Goins’ attorney Spencer Kuvin told FOX411. "She’s always wanted him behind bars for what he’s done.”

The Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating Goins’ claims. According to Kuvin, the claim is still pending and under review at the Los Angeles District Attorney. “They were looking to see what Pennsylvania would do because they were aware of the investigation underway,” Kuvin said.

Motion to block subpoena of Bill Cosby's wife denied

Bill Cosby's wife will be forced to testify in a defamation lawsuit filed by seven women who accuse the comedian of sexually assaulting them decades ago.

Bill Cosby, who was arrested and charged Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015, in district court in Elkins Park, Pa., with aggravated indecent assault. Cosby is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman at his home in January 2004
January 03, 2016

A federal judge on Thursday denied a motion by Camille Cosby to throw out a subpoena requiring her to give a deposition in the lawsuit. She is scheduled to be deposed by lawyers for the women on Wednesday.

U.S. Judge Magistrate David Hennessey in Springfield, Massachusetts, said Camille Cosby failed to prove that she and her husband were protected by the state's marital disqualification law. He also rejected claims that the value of the testimony would be outweighed by the "undue burden" the deposition would cause.

The arguments "do not outweigh the potential significance of Mrs. Cosby's testimony, nor has Mrs. Cosby provided any authority that they do," Hennessey wrote in a 12-page ruling. The couple has been married for more than 50 years and Camille Cosby is her husband's business partner. She is not a defendant in the lawsuit against Bill Cosby.

A lawyer for the women, Joseph Cammarata, argued last month that he should be able to question Camille Cosby because he believed she had "information that's relevant to the litigation in this matter."

In a motion filed Dec. 18 to quash the subpoena, Bill Cosby's lawyers said his wife does not have any information about the accuracy of the women's allegations, and argued that subjecting his wife to a deposition was "nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt to pressure defendant in the face of subjecting his wife to the shame and embarrassment of responding to questions about his alleged infidelities and sexual misconduct."

The women claim Cosby allowed representatives to portray them as liars after they went public with their allegations against the entertainer. Cosby has filed a countersuit, accusing the women of making false allegations for financial gain.

Camille Cosby had also sought a protective order to limit the scope of the subpoena as an alternative to quashing it altogether, but the judge also rejected that approach. Cosby was charged last week in Pennsylvania with drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2004 inside his home near Philadelphia, the first criminal case brought against him out of the torrent of allegations that destroyed his good-guy image as America's Dad. His lawyers called the charges unjustified and said they expected Cosby to be exonerated.
