i don't remember Jews or Christians bashing gays over the heads with rocks, do you?

Yes I do. It was called gay bashing. It was prevalent in the US in the 80's and 90's.

I remember midget tossing but not gay bashing.

If Muslims in Sweden can't tolerate freedoms of speech and peaceful assembly, then perhaps they should move to Saudi Arabia.

If gays in sweden can't tolerate religious beliefs then they should move to San Francisco.

How are gays in Sweden interfering with anyone's practice of religion?

The Swedish government implemented a hate speech law at the behest of the LGBT community that specifically targets religious groups.

Judaism, and Christianity are also against lbgt's............
Exactly.
Silence.

yea, lets talk about the 2000's, ok? this is now, that was then...i'm not sure what your trying to suggest here, but if your trying to compare rational thinking between all three, your not going to convince me of anything...

They throw gays off the top of the Vatican?

They hang them on the temple mount?

You really need to know when to just move on to the next thread.

No but they did lead and organize anti-gay rallies that turned into gay bashing riots.

The Temple Mount, with the exception of the wailing wall, is under Muslim control as is the Dome of the Rock. The holiest site in the Muslim world outside of Mecca is where they tore down Solomon's Temple TWICE. Since you're unaware that's what the result of all the Crusades (the Holy Wars).

Well...you obviously have no clue..

The first temple was destroyed by the Babylonians in 500 something BC and the Romans destroyed the second temple in 70 AD..

No temples were destroyed during the crusades because there only have been 2 temples and if the last one built was destroyed in 70 AD and the crusades started 1000 years later It is impossible for your whatever to be correct.

What a surprise..

Does anyone have directions from the 70's to the 2000's? Is there a 2 decade bypass or something? Someone seems to be lost. It's irrational to track trends in modern times back to when they began to flourish? Why don't you blink for the next 20 years and tell me how it turns out.

Vocalized opposition to a particular sexual behavior isn't the same as physically attacking those who engage in such behavior.

Babylonians, as in the tower of Babel, predecessors of the Iraqi's who later adopt - Islam.
It wasn't the Romans that destroyed the second temple, it was the Byzantines - Turks.

The Romans or more accurately Pope Urban II that began the Christian crusades.
Still, the crusades ended in defeat and left control of the Temple Mount complex to the MUSLIMS.

So let's see, Babylonians, became Muslims
Assyrians became Muslims,
Byzantines became Turks who are part Christian, mostly Muslims after Constantinople became Istanbul.
Why would Roman Catholics attack Byzantine Christians for control of land in Israel? Smart.

Bashing isn't used in this term as vocal. That would be verbal expression of homophobia. There were actually quite a few cases where gays were beaten to death for revealing their attractions to homophobic heterosexuals.

They were just following Sharia law.
A few cases doesn't compare to probably thousands who have been killed by Sharia law. Fortunately these cases committed by homo phobic's here have slowed some what. I wonder how gays are doing in Iran?

USA, not Sharia law. I imagine it has slowed with societal acceptance slowly growing. There are definitely widespread growth in numbers with the anonymity of email texting and dating sites. Tune your tv to Bravo, you'll see how well they're doing.

That is what Sharia Law calls for today, death to gays. I bet that muslim countries are reducing that widespread growth somewhat.laugh

WOW.... LMMFAO

With four Legions, Titus the Roman General, later to become Caesar, began the siege of Jerusalem in April, A.D. 70. He posted his 10th legion on the Mount of Olives, directly east of and overlooking the Temple Mount. The 12th and 15th legions were stationed on Mount Scopus, further to the east and commanding all ways to Jerusalem from east to north. The 5th legion was held in reserve.

On the 10th of August, in A.D. 70 -- the 9th of Av -- in Jewish reckoning, the very day when the King of Babylon burned the Temple in 586 B.C., the Temple was burned again. Titus took the city and put it to the torch, burning the Temple.

Jerusalem was totally destroyed and as Jesus had predicted - not one stone was left upon another. When the Temple was set on fire the Roman soldierstore apart the stone to get the melted gold. The Menorah and vessels were carried to Rome and the treasury was robbed.

I can think of only one such case. Plus, such action wasn't the work of Christians.

This is a pretty simple problem to deal with. Many cities actually televise their Gay Pride parades. The suggestion is do the same here and make sure you pan the crowd so there are easily identifiable pictures of potential attackers.

When Hajji and his minions decide to go off on the marchers, we'll see a couple of things...

1) That Islam is NOT the 'religion of peace' Obama keeps on referring to, and we'll see the marchers get attacked. In fact, the Koran contains a sizeable list of people who need killing. Jews, Christians, Sabians, polytheists, non-believing Muslims, those who blaspheme Islam. Gays are definitely on the list...
2) The sprint to the microphone to see who can be the FIRST media outlet to have either a reporter or talking head describe the attackers using the phrase "Oh these are a few misguided people who don't understand Islam and are perverting it..."
3) What a 6'2" guy wearing 4" heels looks like when he fights.
4) If there really is scratching and hair pulling when drag queens scrap.

So make some popcorn, sit back in your comfy chair and watch the fanatics versus the fabulous!

I always wondered, if its 'homophobia' to disapprove of a lifestyle of sodomy

is it 'dominophobia' to dissapprove of BDSM lifestyle?

is it 'infidelophobia' to disapprove of a lifestyle of infidelity?

lol

is it 'phobiaphobia' to disapprove of how anyones disapproval of a behavior is labeled as a phobia at all?

if you live in a country that allows pride parades which I think all should, then you should mind your own business. at the end of the day Muslims hand out leaflets and have there own shows on tv promoting Islam so they need to find something else to moan about. you should follow the law of the land not your own. thats what I think anyway.
