Online dating works for some fortunate people....try your luck, who knows u might meet someone unexpectedly. You just gotta be patient I think in dealing with different kinds of people, some are real and some are not. But when love strikes both of you here it will be like a bolt of lightning......oooops!

there's good free ones now u don't have to pay just look at it as entertainment and who knows what will happen

There are hundreds of weight loss gimmicks out there making fortunes too and very people lose weight.

The number of people trying something or how much money is being thrown at something is not a good indicator of whether or not it works.

Dating sites are simply a way to broaden the number of potential partners you can meet. Of course when you broaden that net you end up with a lot more "bad fish" to sift through to find a couple good ones. There is no easy answer and not everyone will find a good match for themselves. On or offline. My advice is to just live your life and enjoy it it to the fullest and never give up on the possibility that your match will come along at the right time.

Dating sites are like everything else you will find lots of people that aren't a fit and then you may or may not find the one.

Any site is what you make of it... Good or bad...

Scammers are even on the paid sites...

Not in the way your question implies, OP. Dating sites don't cause you to become attractive, or work like a Babe Vending Machine, where you put in a certain amount of money and get a mate. They are just yet another venue where you have the POSSIBILITY of seeing and maybe meeting more people. As with any social venue, if there doesn't chance to be someone in your available area who likes you, and who you like, then nothing will come of it. If there is, then you have a shot.

Da*n, and I thought I was a real woman, though I can't be sure if I can be honest all the while I mean I believe in being honest if they are, and beating around the bush when they aren't.

Have faith..... some of us have found some real people in here, though it is not always a 'match' and that is it. You've got to work on it when you meet someone on here who might be the 'one' or 'two'.

Depends what you put into it and how viable you are as a date. If you are a looser with a bad attitude then this is not going to work any better than other ways to date.

If you are considerate, social, and reasonably viable then it works great.

On line dating does take a few skills to be able to communicate a good profile and carry on conversational exchanges in emails.

I totally concur with you..... and that 'skill' that you are talking about, well, it doesn't come in a kit. You learn thru' trial and error, and then, you try again.

I am familiar with the type of scammers women are faced with. I've had 3 in the last few months. You just have to ask questions and if the person continues to be vague, cut it off
