Get rest, warm liquids,hopefully some antibiotics.. a warm shower and bundle up with a comforter on the couch... |

When I am sick... I load up on medicine and stay in bed
When I am feeling low...I talk to my special girl and she makes my troubles fly out the window just by the sound of her sweet voice... |

When I feel rotten I tend to stay in and try not to spread the germs
I may take a short walk between naps if I can manage it or piddle a little in the back garden but I am better left alone because my patience is thin. Usually snuggle up with a hot water bottle and loose myself in stitching something pretty. I try to keep several serenity prayers or my favorite "This too will pass", Or "Give me patience Lord: now please. You made me human." Sip as much green tea as I can tolerate pull something out of the freezer that is easy to eat that I have stashed for just that purpose. Stay the heck off the computer; no body like a whiner. |

I'm never sick because i take my vitamins and exercise regularly.

I make 4-5 prank calls.... It may not make sickness go away but I'll feel better knowing someone is asking themselves WTF was that all about...

When I am sick , I slide under my covers and O.D on snacks and sitcoms in bed. When I am down, I pretty much do the same thing or I go dancing or talk to close friends or all of the above
