I was surprised when OKC beat the spurs. I didn't think they had a shot against golden state. I know OKC has 2 of the best players in the league, but golden state won 73 games and they have the reigning MVP in Steph Curry. Now that OKC is up 3 games to 1. There are going to be a lot of people coming out and saying they had OKC from the start.

I concur. I recently told a friend that the NBA now reminds of 90s basketball Jordan era....mostly the edge of the seat excitement

I think we got lucky with this match up. You got 2 of the best point guards in the league going at it, and what makes it so great is they have contrasting styles. Is it better to be able to rain 3's from any where on the court or is it better to attack the basket. I am not ready to compare it to the 90s. The East has been a joke for a while now. You have Lebron James and whatever team has him is going to the finals.

I really enjoy the excitement of the playoffs. I usumy don't answer my phone during the games.

Now Do you remember when Steve Kerr (bench player) used to hit them threes during finals crunch times? He's a good guy. I'm glad to see him with the Warriors. He knows all about hitting those threes!

I do, being from the south suburbs of Chicago. I grew up watching those 90s Bulls teams. I miss those days. When the Bulls drafted D-Rose I thought the Bulls were going to be contenders every year. Then he suffered that knee injury then another knee injury, and I think he lost his heart. Now he is only interested in the money. It is a shame because he had the potential to be one of the best.

OKC choked in the last 5 minutes of the last game to lose and take it to game 7. Golden State Warriors handle playoff pressure to a higher degree. Klay and Steph have to be on and Andrew Bogut must give all. Westbrooke needs to be shut down by the quickest player defensively and Igoudala needs to take KD. Barbosa is not a crunch time player as he has too many turn overs. Warriors has a better bench to go to. With the Golden State fans going crazy I hope they win.

When Michael Jordan played it was a different game. Jordan's era were more physical and aggressive. There has yet to be another Jordan as he created so many of the moves you see now. We saw things we had never seen before. Now others are doing it. There has yet to be a more creative and phenomenal player as Jordan. Iverson was close but not close enough.

I couldn't agree more. I remember as a kid going to the playground with my friends and trying to recreate all of Jordan's game winners and great shots. The layup against Lakers where he switched hands in mid-air, the shot against Cleveland, the game winner agaist Utah. Mike was amazing. No insult to Kobe, Lebron, or Steph, but M.J. was on another level.

Many of those players played what I call dirty basketball hbrooks747. I recall attending the Knicks vs . Miami game back in the 90s. I didn't like the big fight that went down during the playoff. I just want the teams to play good and fair. Now it is too many fake injuries. Fake sicknesses, etc. Jordan was famous for having the "flu" and still play AND WIN during the finals.

But at your age HB, I can't see you remembering any Jordan games. Buy the time you hit kindergarten he was not the same Jordan physically.

The first championship run by the bulls I remember is the 93 championship against Phoenix, but Jordan is an icon in Chicago and everyone knows Jordan's moments.
