Worst DATE EVER!

So I get all dolled up to go out on a date in the city with a guy. Okay he was very handsome, charming and knew how to speak to a lady. I'm hard to break so my guard was up the whole time we communicated.

Fast forward I'm getting ready and I'm waiting for him to come and pick me up from my condo and he doesn't show up. I called him and he didn't answer... I was getting frustrated because I got all pretty and bought new red bottoms and everything. I got a text 30 mins later and he said sorry I'll meet you at the restaurant.

DUDE REALLY? Now I had to take an uber at this point I didn't even think it was worth going but I didn't want to waste an outfit. So I get there and I said his last name and the host directs me to the table and I seen him sitting with another women.. wouldn't believe it...

HIS WIFE! Yes he was married and didn't tell me, boy was she angry. I didn't approach the table but she barged at me and I ran. Moral of the story CANT TRUST ANYONE!

welcome to my place of residence, daaammmmnnnn!, okay let's break it down , and interject if you don't agree. Okay, first impressions are golden. not showing up is already a turn off. second, then because of his no show, you got put a money for uber for a ride home......turn off 2. third, then you he text you talking apologizing for the no show , okay maybe something came up. maybe, you didn't have your money right for a night out. even maybe you just wasn't ready I get that. but what I can't ride with is the how he went about it. don't get me wrong fellas, I'm not siding with women but I do side with logic and truth and proper etiquette. if you wrong , you wrong. well I'm glad you was able to recover from your night.

okay wow this topic was a mega hit, I'm so glad we can share stories like this. I give you another disaster date. Okay, you know your boy before I accepted my lord savior I went on this date with this beautiful cougar, we talking she was 63 years old....I know what my " Vocal Avengers " thinking.....Corey this isn't your taste...well....she was nice, sort looks like Susan Lucci Italian...sophisticated, smell good, keep her nails & toes painted nice, I'm a lover of pretty fingers & toes....I tell no lies...anyway I took her to the Olive Garden for dinner and drinks. now as we talking, joking among each other I though" okay, I'm not saying she be my wife or nothing but just like women it felt good a woman showing me a good time and treating me.so just when the appetizers and soup are now at our table , I blessed the meal and dinner begins. Guess what, the funniest unthinkable happens, as soon
as she begins to eat her soup her false teeth falls right out her mouth into her soup bowl.....lol. Wow, then I told her " it's okay it happens all the time....lol. next she puts her teeth back in and we conversate more. she ask me if I am into older women I said well, I never been with a woman as old as you. then she took offense to that...Now she felt insulted. Oh no this is going side ways, so I gently kept my gentlemen swag, I told her " listen I didn't mean to hurt your feelings I'm saying as fars the age range, you the first. Then she blew up and turn it all the way up to volume 10, and splash a drink on me and I was like okay, wait right there, I got a call from my son it must be important. I slid to the waiter paid for dinner and I was out!....

Well.. expected me to pick up the dinner Tab and still put out..

To my fellas, we can laugh about this now but at the time it was crazy...... always keep in mind a lot of the disaster that our beautiful women share its usually because we wasn't treating right, being inappropriate, or standing them up on dates. If you are this type of guy, we have to change that.


To my ladies, usually when the fellas share there stories it was usually a jacked up scenario or dishonesty. Ladies, be true to who you are. If you can't be happy with yourself then how a man supposed to be happy with you. Also, Don't be so quick to turn it up if you don't understand or like a situation. Less is sometimes more!

Guy asked me out and when it came time to pay for the bill he pulled out every card in his wallet, all of which were rejected. I said I would pay and then he had the nerve to give me attitude.

..lol.I know.. women get so upset.. if you ask them to put out after you buy them dinner..
What do they have to be upset about ?..they're not the ones paying for a very expensive dinner... if anyone should be upset it should be..us guys

welcome....oh that would been so embarrassing. Okay, he pulls out all these cards like he an elite member of a banker's club and all the cards was rejected. let me guess, he would of been the type at a fast food restaurant say" ahh...babe how bad you want cheese on that burger?" after looking into his wallet.....OMG he was hilarious!

I think the worst for me was back before I didn't insist on a "webcam" yeah I know that dates me way before smart phones...

I had been chatting with this guy for about 2 weeks and I was going to be in his town. So I asked for his phone number.. called him and let him know . We decided to meet at this local place.

I didn't dress up not that type of place.. Anyway I was early and got the table. NO biggie..
I am enjoying a cup of coffee and slice of pie. When this scruffy, dirty.. When I say dirty this guy couldn't have had a bath in the last 2 weeks... His clothes were filthy, he had one tooth in his head and he was at least 25 years older than "all" of his pictures..

I was so new to this meet and greet stuff. And as I was trying to figure out how to leave stage left actually any exit. I asked him why the fake out on the pictures..

He informed me that at my age I should be grateful that anyone wanted to date me.. I was 48 at the time

I was gone..
The thing I have to thank him for was from that time on I either webcammed or video chatted one way or another before I ever did another meet and greet.

well thank you buddy, I'm glad my disasters of the past is quite entertaining. if I didn't lived it I wouldn't believe it either....lol.

Well . .. It was almost six years ago.. I was sitting with my gf. I remember the season was Winter and it was so cold out there in the park. So it naturally brings me &my gf pretty close that evening. All of a sudden, some students of the university nearer to that park came and started to beat all the couples were sitting there and I had some of that beating as well.. It was so embarrassing, u know , getting beaten up in front of ur gf. I had to have that embarrassing that eve. Those students were involved with the politics of the ruling Party back then.. So they had power, money and political security- which is one the most Unfortunate culture of our country's politics. Students of such kind feel pride saying themselves as politicians rather saying students.. My gf was thundered and couldn't say anything.. Finally, when they went away, she took me to her home for the first time because my lips , nose were bleeding. She gave me first aid and the beauty of my embarrassing story is that I had the sweetest gift of my life and that is my first lip kiss... And funny thing is , usually boys do the first kiss holding his gf but that night my girl hold me and kissed... Oh it was so full of unexpected beauty, love and only love... Having beaten up that night I thanked those bunch of stupid students in my mind.. But fate is, nothing last forever... Its been 4yrs we are married now... we have everything in our life except the love we had back then.. Miss that past... In this dark room I only can think I m lost.... Is it money that brings happiness all the time?.. I don't know and may be I failed to make her understand the love I feel for her.. Or may be she stopped seeing love in my eyes for her.. I don't know.. How love could be defeated to money...how much money we need to be happy... ???

Nope this was after the Grunge era.. This was 2008... And boy oh boy I did learn really quick...He was way way older..

Nope, stopped responding and I haven't dated since.
It's been a mere 5 years and just that one date so far.

I do have 2 young daughters so that makes it seem like I have an excuse lol
