the overwhelming MAJORITY of muslims arent terrorists

Muslims MOSTLY kill other muslims, but western media MOSTLY only reports when they are killing westerners

and both the Bible and The Quran have verses that could be said to condone or promote killing non believers, as well as verses that promote it

'extremists' are called such because they are not the norm

...just saying..they sure have a lot of extremists for today's ideologies ...and pretty sure technology has allowed most eyes to see that it is not common nor acceptable behavior...and any faith that supports and practices hurting women and children...Nope...but gotta give the peaceful people who don't "practice " what they preach..

The only way you will be in the position to talk about a religion, is to learn about it, but from the right sources.

the problem is in individual value of life

people who read the Quran or the Bible, value life or they dont value it

the book doesnt create that in them, its already there

each individual interprets what they read and its meaning

Every religion is a cult. Pretty much all religions teach us to dislike others because they are not of the same religion. In essence we are merely replicating the same fascism that has been known from oppressive governments. "We don't like any others besides our own/ourselves and if you do, we no longer like you." The Muslim religion is not the only one that causes these types of cultural/ethnic/religious upsets. ENTER SOCIOECONOMICS. Who has more? Who has more and better? Who has the most and the best?

Like religion, wealth itself is just as much to blame for the way people think and act. It all comes down to claiming the physical and mental real estate of the masses. Through cultism we arrive to false ideologies of how we should expect those around us to act, causing much disturbance, great divide and upset, and driving the good people of the world to hate others based on a very basic system of indoctrination that has been around for longer than any of you or I have. I wish more people would realize just what is going on here.

I am a Moslem from Indonesia. I want to clarify Islam is not a terrorist but almost all over the world that the terrorist was the name of their group was totally Moslem. you try to remember, if the terrorist Islamic religion, why they killed the Islamic religion as well? there is and has been terrorist problems around the world long before the US felt any impact

'civil' wars between different sects of Islam have lead to far more deaths than are reported in western news

terrorism is a problem muslims need help from, not blame for,,,

you are confusing 'extremists' with muslims

there are far more of the latter than the former

the former do need and accept help, many do it by trying to move someplace less hostile towards them as they dont have political or financial power to do much else
