The training and usage guidelines seems to be what is at issue. Using a tazer on a person who locked himself out of his house so he was going in his own window seems extreme. And then he was found guilty of resisting arrest when he didn't resist anything. He was ordered to turn around, he did, and then they tazered him. And how do you arrest someone for trying to get into his own home anyway. Then tazering a person, who falls down because of the shock, ordering the person to get up and using the tazer while the person is getting up, then repeating this process over half a dozen times. No, tazers are supposed to be a safer alternative to shooting, but because officers know it is approved, they seem to be using then in a way that should be classified as brutality and cruel and unusual punishment.

what do they care? it happens all the time.

that situation right there, that sucks.

any other, never resist. never put up any fight. a cop will take any chance he can to beat your monkey ass.

Had to make an unsheduled reappearance for this one.
