what the hell.. ive ran into so many people that talk **** on the war and those of us who are out there fighting it.... i dont understand why people have to disrespect those of us in the military.. i mean we are the ones out there sacrificing our own rights and privilages for the rest of u and still u think u can hates us for what we do... if it wasnt for us u wouldnt have the rights and freedoms that the rest of the third world countries would love to have... so **** those of u who talk ****... thats all i got to say... tell me what u think ....

I have many friends as well as family who are military...It frustrates the hell outta me that we are over there fighting for other people when so many need help here...but I support everyone who is risking their life each and every day!!

anyone who doesn't support the war needs to understand that just because they don't, doesn't mean they can't support our friends and families over there fighting it.

A lot of people don't hate the military, they hate the war. They hate the fact that the government is risking the lives of our brave soldiers in places where they shouldn't be. My brother is in the military, my dad was in the military, and my uncle was in the military (died in Vietnam). I support the military, I just don't support the current goals of our nation with this war in Iraq.

soothersmaylive..is exactly right. im in the airforce, and if you disrespect the military you can f off. becuase freedom isnt free. i beleive they need our help and we are giving it to them. you guys take your freedom for granded...you have no idea what its like over there.

just know that you are doing what you feel is right, and when they disrespect you, just let it roll off your back...there are many more who respect you and support all that you do!!

Congress is ever bit as guilty of this war as Bush is. Don't know if they were really trying to do the right thing or if they had alternate goals on their minds. I am a fellow veteran of this conflict and i support the troops 100%. Ladies and gentlemen of our armed services, here's to you.

....and for those that disrespect our service men and women, i hope that one day you be forced to fight for your own freedom/rights and finally get a taste of what it costs to live your blissful lives.

lol yeah i agree with that guy up there, i support the marines 110%, just not the current war.. weve lost so many of you guys to this war. my grandpa and great uncles were in the navy as frog men, im sure u know what those are lol

My heart full of love for the military and our country goes way back to when i was a teen..

My first love who is 47 is in Iraq right now for a year...

I know so many military pppl of all branches.....

Military or not..u r a human being,, with feelings...

And ,you and everyone deserves respect...

But in the case of Military..ur damn right...respect should be across the board..unfortunately...ur not going to get it...

Don't take it to heart...they are just ignorant ppl...

hey now Marine stand down .. President Bush your commander and chief is the one that made it so if you are against the WAR you are anti american.. I personally don't believe in this war but I support you the troops doing thier jobs just like I go do my job on a daily basis.. Also those of us who oppose the war don't want you or anymore of the outstanding young men and woman serving to ge hurt or killed.. When I am protesting the war i am not protesting the you..

What if they want to be there and re-enlist in record numbers? What if they support the war? Wouldn't you be protesting them then like those of us who support the war back at home?

um boy okay here goes for starters they are not letting those people that have done thier time and should be getting out of the military out due to the lack of participants.. second some of these so called people that are in did so to get money to go to school or learn a skill since we are using mostly the national guard and NOT the career military.. I personally have 3 family members who have alternatively done some tours in Iraq ,, the letters I am recieving are changing the longer we are there .. and since you are so pro the war why aren't you there???

well some of us dont have a choice of where we have to go... i know i would love to go to iraq but we get told what to do when to do it and where to do it...

I know .. but don't ever think that when I personally speak of the war I am speaking against you .. I am not talking to you about you being in iraq I am talking about the other kid and no offense soilder but I pray you don't have to go over there

Regardless of our political views, we must give thanks and honor those who fight for us. Without them, this country would be ALOT worse.
